Happy Valentine's Day from Petersburg Roulette
Valentine's Day is not yet celebrated here with great enthusiasm, but weddings certainly are, and one Russian wedding tradition is for the new couple to attach a lock, often engraved with their names, to an appropriate bridge as a symbol of the unbreakability of their love. Here is a fitting example, attached to a small bridge linking two island parks.
